CHRISTMAS TIME, OH CHRISTMAS TIME...

...my glee is so unchanging.

Yes, see me smile!
Seriously, we're a week into November. I spent two weeks of my life building my huge and magnificent and FIRST PRIZE WINNING costume, so I definitely plan to spend a lot more weeks on decorating in honor of JESUS!
So, here are some blurry, captured-on-webcam picsies of the 3D origami stars I just learned how to make. Tomorrow, the kids and I will make a HUGE one with tons of full A4 sized pieces of paper and it shall be magnificent. Thus sayeth I.

Me proudly crafting because
who cares about taking a brain dump?
On another note, that 750 words brain dump thing REALLY doesn't get me. Or I fail to be inspired by it. Either way, it feels too pressure-y. I'd rather write when I have something to say. Stuffing a bunch of extra words in just to meet a word count seems like a waste of time to me. I know it works for lots of people, but I suppose they are wordier than I am. Well, wordier than I am more often, heh.

Also, here's the oh-so-beautiful link to these oh-so-beautiful starsies which I promise I shall make oh-so-many of
And now, without (much) further blathering, I present my new favoritest cool person (and his assistant)...behold!

Bing Crosby - the voice
of Christmas and of calm.
Now for when you go ahead and make your own stars while having a listen to the way this man (*sweeping gesture* to the right) croons Christmas carols. Revel in the way he transports them beyond mere words and music to hymns of warmth and adoration of our baby Saviour. He, and Judy Garland's "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" are the soundtrack to my celebration of Jesus's glorious birth.
